Silvers SIGN-UP / Cabin Fever Reminders
The SWORDFISH signup for Silvers Championship is up in the hall and is due by SATURDAY.
Lottery tickets and gift cards are due to Heidi Larkin by practice tonight, so that she can compile the list for the flyer!
There’s no Swordfish practice Thursday or Friday, but we are setting up for the meet on Friday evening. So, if you are available to help, please let Heidi know.

Launching Pad presents Annie, featuring swimmers: Emma Alteri, Delaney Anderson, Sam Paley, Sami DeRagon
Launching Pad Productions, the BSMS Drama Club, will present Annie, the Tony Award-winning classic musical. The show, with over 110 middle school students participating, features many musical favorites like “Hard Knock Life,” “Never Fully Dressed,” “I Don’t Need Anything But You,” and of course its anthem, “Tomorrow.”
The title role will be played by eighth-grader Ellie Frantz. Additional students featured in main roles include Zach Hall as Daddy Warbucks, Swordfish’s own Emma Alteri as Grace Farrell, Maegan Aldous as Miss Hannigan, Stephan Washburn as Rooster and Brielle Wheeler as Lily St. Regis.
There are more swordfish swimmers in the production to watch for: Delaney Anderson, Sam Paley & Sami DeRagon along with her two sisters – Olivia & Ali, also swordfish alumni, play the parts of The Boylan sisters.
Shows are Friday, Feb 10 at 7:00pm and Saturday, Feb 11 at 1:00pm and 7:00pm in the Ballston Spa High School auditorium, 220 Ballston Avenue, Ballston Spa.
Tickets are general admission and cost $7. They will be available at the door an hour before each show. Please call the Ballston Spa Middle School for additional information at 884-7200.
